Two Men Shot at Apartment Complex Pool

Police are investigating a shooting that took place on Sunday April 22nd around 7:30p.m. at the pool of an apartment complex near Lake Mead Boulevard and Hollywood Boulevard. During the incident, two male victims were injured and were transported to Sunrise Hospital and Medical Center where they are expected to recover. Witnesses reported that the first man was shot twice, once in his arm and then in his chin and the second man was shot near his rib cage. Las Vegas Police said that there were two alleged shooters who left the scene in a newer model Toyota.

Meanwhile, in a separate incident, on Friday April 20th, a woman was found shortly before 9 p.m. in the in the 500 block of Byrnes Avenue with apparent gunshot wound. Police report that the victim has been transported to University Medical Center in critical condition. The identity of the victim and her actual condition are still unknown at the time of this article going to press. Police are still looking for a suspect in relation to the shooting.
