After word spread that Hall of Fame band Van Halen had canceled all 31of its concert dates, it was immediately rumored that Eddie Van Halen and Phillip Lee Roth were embroiled in a messy feud. Band members strongly deny that there is any riff between the two.

however, Sammy Hagar, a long term member of Van Halen who is no longer with the group, told The Associated Press “They’re hard people to get along with, those brothers. Otherwise I’d still be in the band.” Hagar said, “I predicted this was going to happen a lot sooner. I lost money on that bet!”

Hall of Fame Rock Group Van Halen has always been one of the most reliable groups on the concert circuit. So there was much speculation, when they canceled their tour dates. According to knowledgeable sources, the band members are tired and they have lost their focus.

Most who have seen them live onstage would agree that their unique energy is the essence of their performance. Apparently they want to avoid bringing a lackluster effort to the stage. Therefore, following their performance on June 26, 2012 in New Orleans, Louisiana, the band members will go their separate ways for a while.

In the past, Eddie Van Halen has battled Cancer and Alcoholism.
