Berkley Campaign Heads Into Second Half of Year With More than $4 Million Cash-On-Hand
Las Vegas – Today, the Shelley Berkley for Senate campaign announced that it raised more than $1.5 million in the second quarter of 2012, and heads into the second half of the year with over $4 million cash-on-hand. There were 5,961 new donors this quarter.
“Since the start of the campaign, Nevadans from north, south, and everywhere in between have been energized by Shelley Berkley’s record of fighting on their behalf, and this quarter was no different,” said Shelley Berkley for Senate Campaign Manager Jessica Mackler. “Nevadans have gotten involved in Shelley’s race because they know she’s always fought for middle-class families, whether it be fighting to create good-paying jobs that can’t be outsourced, defending Social Security and Medicare from Republican attacks, or providing for veterans, Nevadans know that Shelley is on their side.”
