A doctor in Delaware, known for his work in near death experiments, was arrested today for the disciplinary action he performed upon his eleven-year- old daughter. He allegedly “water-boarded her.”
Melvin Morse, 58, and his wife Pauline, 40, were arrested in Georgetown, Delaware on charges of endangering the welfare of a child, reckless endangerment, and conspiracy.
He is accused of performing this act over a period of two years, as the mother watched and took no action.
On July 16th, the 11-year-old refused to get out of the car. Authorities were told that Morse dragged her out of the car, by her ankles, across a gravel driveway.
Both parents have been arrested, and are not allowed contact with her or her six-year-old sister.
Dr. Morse, head of the “Society for the Scientific Study of Consciousness,” has appeared on television entertainment shows such as “Oprah,” “Good Morning America,” and “Larry King.” He is the author of a book entitled, “Closer to the Light.”
