20 injured 100 others focus of rescue operations in ferry collision with tug off Hong Kong

More than 20 people were injured in a collision between a ferry and tug vessel off Hong Kong late Monday, police said.

Search and rescue operations were under way for around 100 other people who were involved in the accident near Lamma island, a police spokesman said.

“Around 120 persons were involved in this accident… The rescue is still ongoing,” according to AFP.

Twenty two people had been rushed to hospital with various injuries, he added.

    And how did these two little boats the size of freight trains not see each other ? Was the captain at the party instead of the helm ? Was it Captain Chickenchitz from that Italian boat thingy ?
