Hillary Clinton will put her name in contention to succeed Mr. Obama as President in 2016?

She would be the Best Candidate

There has been a great deal of speculation that Hillary Clinton will put her name in contention to succeed Mr. Obama as President in 2016. I agree with all the others. It’s logical, and I believe she would be an excellent candidate.

I also believe that the reason she is stepping down from her post as Secretary of State, is directly related to her ambitions in 2016. It just makes sense. If President Obama is successful and achieves his goals in the next four years, consecutive President’s from the Democratic Party is a definite possibility. If he becomes unpopular, she “had nothing to do with his administration”.

She has another advantage. Unlike several European countries, and others around the world, we have never had a woman as President. That time is definitely near, and it’s about time. (Just look what men have done to us under their “guidance”).

If the only votes she received were from women, she would win. There are more eligible women voters than men in our country.

Personally, I have a dream for 2016. If Clinton runs on the Democratic ticket, I would love to see Condoleezza Rice run for the Republicans. Ms. Rice is also an extremely intelligent former Secretary of State, and in my humble opinion, is the only qualified man or woman I can think of who is a true moderate conservative. Wouldn’t that be something? Two women vying for a job as the most powerful person in the world. I’d really have to study hard during a campaign like that. I don’t know who I’d vote for.
