Las Vegas: Women struck by gunfire in Valley ParkOn Saturday January 19, 2013 at approximately 11:15 a.m., two women who were attending an international soccer match at Teton Trails Park were struck by gunfire. The park is located at 7850 Bradley in the Northwest portion of Las Vegas. One of the victims was struck in the leg while the other woman was grazed in the chest area by a bullet. Both women were transported to UMC with injuries that were not considered life threatening.

Investigators are in the process of determining where the bullets were fired from. Detectives are actively seeking information about the person or persons responsible. Anyone with information is urged to call the Las Vegas Metro Police Department Violent Crimes Section @ (702) 828-5634 or, to remain anonymous, call Crime
