Ryan and Boehner Whining Again
Hey, Paul Ryan, can you remember as far back as November? You lost an election. The American people, all the people, spoke and let you who work for us in Washington know what WE want. Just because you can’t have your way, are you going to take your ball and go home? It’s you, Congressman, and your “do nothing” Republican party that has caused the gridlock in Washington. It’s you and the 112th Congress that accomplished the least in history.
This is what Ryan said Sunday on NBC: “When you saw his speech, say, at the inauguration, it leads us to conclude that he’s not looking to moderate, that he’s not looking to move to the middle,” Mr. Ryan said in an interview on the NBC News program “Meet the Press.” “He’s looking to go farther to the left, and he wants to fight us every step of the way politically.”
Mr. Ryan, you are so far to the right that to you, the middle appears to be the far left.
Speaker of the House John Boehner made a comment last week when he accused the President of attempting to “annihilate” the Republican Party. You sir, and your TEA Party friends have already done that.
Everything President Obama said in his inaugural speech mirrored the desires of the majority of the American people. The two of you are members of a small group who want everything to go your way and satisfy your special interest friends.
So, to both of you, put a pacifier in your mouths, and get to work. Less talk, more work, and NO MORE WHINING!
