Argo best movie at the Academy Awards

First lady Michelle Obama announces “Argo” as the Best Movie at the 85th annual Academy Awards.

Ben Affleck, George Clooney and all the crew were up on stage
becoming part of one of the most emotional moments of the night.
After Michelle Obama gave a brief speech and announced the winner directly from the White House,
Affleck could hardly give his acceptance speech, becoming more emotional as he was finishing.
The actor and now producer and director, ended up saying that it doesn’t matter how bad it gets, “all that matters is that you gotta’ get up”.
“I never thought I would be back here” said the actor after sharing how hard you can work for what you want, sometimes “even more than what you think you possibly can”.

“Life of Pi” was the winner of the night. Directed by Ang Lee the movie won 4 awards for: Best Direction, Best Original Score, Best Cinematography and Best Visual Effects.
Argo and Les Miserables won 3 awards each other. Becoming the 3 most important movies of the night.

“I saw your boobs” sang by the host Seth MacFarlane, was part of the musicals, alluding the feminine nude in movies.
In other musicals The British Adele and Shirley Bassey paid tribute to the some of the songs that have been part of the James Bond’s movies,
who were also honored and celebrated for the 50th anniversary of James Bond Story in the movies industry.
Anne Hathaway won her first Oscar forher role in Les Miserables, Jennifer Lawrence won the Oscar for her work in “Silver Linnings Playbook”. Her co-star Bradley Cooper went straight to Jimmy Kimbel’s live show without the award for Best Actor this time, since Daniel Day-Lewis took it with him for his role on the movie “Lincoln”.
The Best Director award was for Mr. Ang Lee for “Life of Pi”.

The stars and celebrities are now enjoying the different parties hosted by Vanity Fair among others as usual.
Hollywood held again the 85th Oscar’s ceremony this 2013 and we will see what is the first movie or star that would make us forget about this night full of cinema.
