Chicago: Police arrest offender in November 2012 homideCHICAGO – Detectives from the Chicago Police Department’s Area North Bureau of Detectives arrested a man Monday morning for a homicide that occurred in November of 2012 in the 11th (Harrison) District on the city’s West Side.

Detectives today charged D’Andre Fuller, 27, of the 7900 block of South Essex Avenue. Fuller is charged with one count of First Degree Murder.

The investigation began on November 26, 2012 in the 4300 block of West Van Buren Street. Police responded to a call of a Person Shot and discovered the victim, a 43-year-old male, unresponsive with multiple gun shot wounds. The victim was pronounced at the scene.

Subsequent investigation led to the identification of Fuller as the offender. The offender was placed into custody at the Area North Bureau of Detectives, and Detective personnel were able to secure charges in this incident.

Fuller is scheduled to appear in bond court on tomorrow’s date.
