Super Bowl XLVII Half Time Synopsis
The first half of Sunday’s Super Bowl was dominated not by the Baltimore Ravens, but by mistakes made by San Francisco.
Two early penalties gave points to Baltimore, and a fumble by LaMichael James and an interception thrown by Colin Kaepernick gave away points.
Adding to the Ravens’ lead was the fact that they did not have a penalty until there were but 1 minute and 15 seconds left in the half. That was in spite of the fact that I witnessed several, including a blatant offensive pass interference, that were not called.
We’ll see what the second half brings. Right now it’s 21-6, Ravens.
