About This Crime
• On Monday, March 4 2013, at approximately 6:00 a.m., a 16-year-old female was waiting for a bus at 7100 S. Sacramento when an older African-American male drove up to the victim in a gray colored, four door, mid-size sedan. The driver rolled down his window and asked the teenage female to get into his vehicle. The offender stated that he would buy her something at the store. The victim made no attempt to go near the vehicle. She quickly got on the bus at the above location. About The Offender
• Male African-American, approximately in his 30’s.
• Last seen clean shaven, wearing a baseball cap, clear glasses, and a black puffy jacket up to his neck. Vehicle used

• Be aware of this situation and alert your neighbors.
• Call 911 to report any suspicious persons, vehicles or activity in your neighborhood.
• Do not let children walk alone. Identify safe havens along your child’s route to school, and to home, such as businesses or trusted neighbors.
