On March 17, 2013 at approximately 12:10 a.m. aHit and Run Auto / Pedestrian fataltraffic collision occurred on Charleston Boulevard nearthe intersection with Stillwater Bridge Street. Witness statements and evidence at the scene, indicates a pedestrian wasfound by passers‐by on Charleston Boulevard, in the centertravel lane. The pedestrian was apparently struck by a westbound vehicle. Thisisthe 26th traffic related fatality in the LVMPD’s jurisdiction in 2013.     Another one. This is so sad. I get that people get scared and drive off, but…come on. That’s not really a good excuse, and people need to be more responsible and stop to see if they can do anything for the one they hit. Geez…
