Las Vegas: Man Killed On North 10th StreetOn Saturday, March 23, 2012 at approximately 2:06 a.m. the LVMPD Dispatch Center received a call indicating a man had possibly been stabbed in an outside area near the
300 block of North 10th Street. Arriving patrol officers located an adult male laying in the grass deceased from apparent multiple stab wounds. The preliminary investigation initiated by the LVMPD Homicide Section indicates the victim was sleeping in an outside transitional living area. A witness advised the victim was involved in a struggle with an unknown assailant just prior to the stabbing. The witness attempted to intervene and then called police. There is currently no suspect in custody in connection with this event and the motive remains unknown. The identity of the victim, as well as the cause and manner of death, will be released by the Clark County Coroner’s Office.
