Dallas Man Randy Wyatt found beaten and unconscious behind grocery store
On April 13, 2013 at 8:39 p.m., officers responded to a disturbance call in the 4500 block of Maple Avenue. Officers located the victim, Randy Wyatt B/M/49, next to the dumpster behind the grocery store beaten and unconscious. He was transported to Parkland Memorial Hospital. On April 15, 2013, the victim died due to the injuries he received from the beating. Detectives were able to locate and speak to a witness who identified the suspect as Echols Andre Lavel Dupree B/M/2-3-82. The witness stated that Suspect Dupree hit the victim in the back of the head and then kicked him in the face with his steel toed work boots until the victim passed out. The witness informed detectives that the fight was over money that the victim owed the Suspect Dupree. At this time, the suspect is not in custody. Suspect Dupree is being charged with Murder and the offense is documented on case # 92029-A
