Florida Turnpike Accident, 1 Dead 18 Hurt when Van Loses Control
Saturday, April 13, a van traveling on the Florida Turnpike had tire trouble forcing the drive to lose control. The van rolled several times, ejecting one occupant, a 46-year-old North Miami woman who was pronounced dead at the scene.
The accident happened around 7:10 p.m. near Kenansville, approximately 60 miles southeast of Orlando.
The driver of the van, 42-year-old Willem Camille of Miami, was also seriously injured. At this time, the conditions and names of the 18 other victims has not been released.
According to the Highway Patrol, the van belongs to GSC Community Inc.
