Jada Pinkett-Smith speaks on open marriage rumors
Will and Jada Pinkett-Smith have been facing off with the media about their marriage for years now as the media has consistently asked personal questions about the Hollywood power couple’s marriage. Also, speculating and saying that they were headed for divorce and separated with Will taking care of their son Jaden and Jada taking care of their daughter Willow.
Its enough to exhaust anyone but the media continues to say and do as they want as Will and Jada continue to walk hand in hand at red carpet events and play by their own rules as well.
Questions have also been raised as to if Will and Jada practice scientoly a “religion” that their friend Tom Cruise practices.
Now, the talk is on the couple and that they have an open marriage, recently Jada stopped by Huff Post Live and spoke on the rumors of her and Will’s marriage.
“No, I think that people get that idea because Will and I are very relaxed with one another, and I think because of how I’ve answered questions of ‘girl, you know, what would you do if he came home…’ or ‘being married to a big superstar, how do you deal with other women? I’ve always told Will, ‘You can do whatever you want as long as you can look at yourself in the mirror and be okay. Because at the end of the day, Will is his own man. I’m here as his partner, but he is his own man. He has to decide who he wants to be and that’s not for me to do for him. Or vice versa.”
Sounds like Jada has a lot of trust in Will as every marriage should, and obviously it works the power couple has been married 15 years. That’s way beyond most Hollywood couples, and you don’t hear about them all over the gossip magazines. Will and Jada keep the media guessing and put out to the public what they want the public to know. The two are very in-sync with one another and you can definitely tell that these two have a lot of love and respect for one another.
Jada in a recent radio interview said; “We always have people that we’re attracted to that we talk about. That don’t stop just because you’re married. Somebody’s gonna always be prettier than me, and somebody’s always gonna be more in awe of him than me and he gonna be like ‘yo she really like me’ but as far as somebody being right for us…is there somebody right for a nice night? Maybe. But somebody that can sustain our life and sustain what we’ve built together, absolutely not!”
