There have been rumors and reports of Beyonce being pregnant with baby number two, now the rumors have been put to rest. During this morning’s radio show (May 20,) Hot 97’s program director Ebro Darden announced to listeners that the rumors of Beyonce being pregnant were false. Ebro Darden who after first hearing of the reports and speculation had sent his best regards to hip hop icon Jay-Z. However, the rapper spoke out about his wife Beyonce pregnancy rumors hoping to squash them once and for all. Jay-Z in an email didn’t say thanks but instead told Ebro Darden in an email, “it’s not true.”
Beyonce who recently had to cancel a show on her Mrs Carter world tour due to dehydration and exhaustion, sparked rumors that she was pregnant with baby number two. Suspicion also grew as it appeared that Beyonce during the recent Met gala and while on tour was hiding a growing stomach.
However, Beyonce has said she does want more kids and would like for 18 month old daughter Blue Ivy to be a big sister one day. In an interview with Good Morning America, Queen Bey said:
“I would like more children. I think my daughter needs company. I definitely love being a big sister and at some point when it’s supposed to happen. My biggest job in the world is to protect my daughter and I am very protective. I just want to make sure that she can have a healthy, safe, normal life. I feel really, really just lucky that I can still do what I love and now have a way bigger meaning, and that’s to be her mother.”
Beyonce is in the midst of her world tour which will wrap up June 1 before the singer gets a few weeks off and afterwards will embark on the U.S. leg of her Mrs. Carter World Tour.
