Burglaries 018th District (Near North); Beats 1831 & 1834

About the Crime:
This alert gives notice to the businesses in the 18th District on Beats 1831 & 1834 of an increase in burglary related incidents. The offender(s) makes entry into a retail or business location by forcing open the front or rear outside door. Once inside the offender may use a blunt instrument to break the glass on an inside entrance door.

The offender(s) removes property from the location. Incident times and locations:

400 Block of N Wells St on May 04 to 06, 2013 between 5:15 PM to 9:00 AM
000 Block of E Superior St. on May 08-09, 2013 between 6:00 PM to 10:40 AM
300 Block of W Hubbard St. on May 10 to 13, 2013 between 3:30 PM to 9:00 AM
400 Block of N Wells St on May 13 to 14, 2013 between 10:00 PM to 6:30AM
400 Block of N Wells St on May 13 to 14, 2013 between 10:00 PM to 6:30AM
400 Block of N Wells St on May 13 to 14, 2013 between 10:00 PM to 6:30AM
400 Block of N Wells St on May 13 to 14, 2013 between 10:00 PM to 6:30AM

About the Offenders:
Possibly two offenders wearing hooded sweatshirts, baseball caps, gym shoes.
