Las Vegas: Police needs help identifying suspect in attempted kidnap case

 

Las Vegas: Suspect Wanted for Robbery at Local Business

The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department is requesting the public’s assistance to help solve an Attempted Kidnapping and Open and Gross Lewdness case, which occurred in the downtown area on Monday April 29, 2013 at 2:40 p.m. A 15 year-old

female was walking in the area of Willoughby and 28th Street when she was approached by a Hispanic male. The suspect grabbed her by her arms and began dragging her toward an older dark blue Hyundai Elantra station wagon where he groped her.

The victim fought back and pulled away from the suspect. A witness saw the suspect enter a dark blue vehicle and leave the scene. The suspect is described as a Hispanic male in his 30’s, approximately 6 feet tall, and 210 pounds with dark brown eyes and black hair in the style of a Mohawk. He was last seen wearing a blue mechanic’s jump suit. A composite sketch of the suspect accompanies this release.
