Why: West Valley Detectives are asking for the publics’ assistance in identifying two individuals who may have been involved in the murder of 16-year-old Roberto Rizo. The crime occurred on February 17th, 2013. Composite drawings were completed with the help of witnesses and will be displayed during the news conference. Members of the Rizo family will also be in attendance.

West Valley Homicide Detectives will give a synopsis of the events of that night and will be available to answer questions. A Spanish speaking officer will also be present to speak about the investigation.
