Kim Kardashian and Kanye West welcome baby girl

Reality TV star Kim Kardashian and Kanye West have officially welcomed their baby girl into the world and for both Kim and Kanye both she is the first. The reality TV star had began to have contractions Friday night but did not give birth till early Saturday morning with boyfriend Kanye West by her side. Kim Kardashian gave birth to a healthy baby girl in Los Angeles at Cedar Senai hospital. Kim and Kanye’s baby girl arrived five weeks early than expected and was delivered by natural birth early this morning (June 15.)

Kanye West who was scheduled to appear at his album release party Friday night cancelled his appearance when Kim told him that she was feeling “a little off.”

Kim recently stated that she was taking a break from the limelight and that no photos would be shared with the media once her new bundle of joy arrived. The new mom stated, “I’m going to keep that private. I’m hoping to take some time off. And just focus on that and not really work as much for a little bit.”

Kim had just recently officially announced the sex of her and Kanye’s bundle of joy saying, “I’m so excited we’re having a girl. Like, who doesn’t want a girl? They’re the best. And I know that’s what Kanye has always wanted. He wanted a little girl.”

Kanye who has been hearing a lot of critism lately including the infamous stop sign incident and for allegedly not being there enough for Kim during her pregnancy, Kanye recently stated, “I would do anything to protect my child or my child’s mother.”

A source close to Kim and Kanye said, “Kanye showers her with love and reassurance, constantly telling her how beautiful she is. He’s the only one in the world who can make Kim feel that special.”

Next up for Kanye West, the arrival of his album YEEZUS this Tuesday as it hits retailers worldwide and goes head to head with J.Cole’s upcoming album BORN SINNER on June 18.
