Scottie Pippen Just Turned Himself In For Felony Assault

Motivations Are Not Clear

Scottie Pippen Just Turned Himself In For Felony Assualt

Legendary Basketball player Scottie Pippen, 47, six time Champion of the NBA, just turned himself in, at a Malibu police station moments ago. The police officers are going to book him for felony assault with intent to commit great bodily harm. Scottie Pippen allegedly brutishly manhandled a person who was asking for his autograph outside Nobu restaurant Sunday night.  The man was lying unconscious on the ground after Pippen allegedly hit him in the face with a closed fist, and kicked him over, and over again.

Scottie, Twice Olympic gold medal winner,  didn’t have the decency, but could we have expected that after this alleged brutal assault on this supposed innocent bystander, to stay with the victim while emergency units were called to the scene. Pippen actually left the man bleeding on the street. The victim was finally taken to the hospital were serious injuries were discovered. The victim has broken teeth, a swollen mouth, and several injuries to his head and back.

At this point the motivations of Mister Pippen to assault this man are not clear. However can there be a motivation to warrant such aggressive behaviour? Our society should punish this, and make an example out of Mister Pippen. Even an NBA legend can’t go running around town randomly, or on purpose, start hitting people in their face. Another disgrace is that Scottie apparently didn’t think anything of it, and left the victim behind. Bleeding, and in need of medical assistance. Absolutely appalling behaviour. The only upside is that Scottie Pippen Turned Himself In For Felony Assault, maybe just to avoid more felonies being added to his police record but it is something. (His lawyers have earned their wages today. They also probably will get a nice bonus when he walks away from any jail time.)

Luckily some Twitter users can make light of the situation adding their own spin to the story. One twitter user said: “Note to self: A Scotty Pippen autograph isn’t worth it.” another commented: “Scottie Pippen arrested… hmm. Did he Pip-slap someone?” However most people were shocked, maybe not surprised by his actions, but definitely shocked. Saying: “What happened to our childhood heroes? Either they are dead or assaulting Innocent bystanders? What is the world coming to?”

Most Internet users thought it might be a lucrative new career to go, and ask celebrities for their autographs, and then getting kicked/punched by them, after which they can collect a substantial amount of money. If the victim didn’t provoke the situation of course. A commenter said: “A broken tooth and a few kicks to the face – for several million? Sure, sounds like a plan. Where do I sign up?” All joking aside this is a serious matter, and luckily Scottie Pippen did Just Turn Himself In For Felony Assault, after he turned around yesterday, and left the scene. Hopefully this will have a happier ending than it seems right now.

Maybe Scottie Pippen’s defense lawyers can use the following quote: “Everything we hear is an opinion, not a fact. Everything we see is a perspective, not the truth.” A quote from Aurelius

Georgina, other sources have said that the man called Scottie the N word and spit at him. I think you should have questioned why he did this first, and then found out the reason before trying to criminalize another black man in the media. The bystander was not “innocent” he was a racist prick with a bone to pick. Investigate everything before making judgments.

This article reads not like a news report but like a hysterical relative of the victim wrote it just before rushing off to work.

You may want to be a little less biased, and use spell check!
