Cory Monteith Autopsy Inconclusive

Cory Monteith Autopsy Inconclusive

After police in Vancouver, Canada stated that it was unlikely that Cory Monteith’s death was caused by substance abuse, Showbiz411 have reported that Cory Monteith autopsy has proved to be inconclusive.

Law enforcement Officials have also said that Monteith’s cause of death is still unclear after yesterday’s post mortem gave no clear cut cause of death. The toxicology reports remain to be completed and until those come back, the 31 year-old actors cause of death is unclear.

Vancouver police Sergeant Randy Fincham said there was no evidence to show that the actor’s demise was due to illegal drug abuse.

Cory Monteith, who played ex quarterback turned gleek in the Fox Network show Glee, was found dead in his hotel room in Vancouver on Saturday, when he missed his checkout time. He had checked into the hotel on 6 July, and was due to checkout on Saturday, according to the Vancouver Police Department’s acting chief Doug LePard.

While there were indications that other people were in the room, evidence suggests that Monteith returned to his room alone early Saturday morning.

The report that Monteith’s autopsy was inconclusive came from a source for Showbiz411 that, combined with the Vancouver police department statements, seems to show that the actor died for reasons other than substance abuse.

The source, who talked to Showbiz411’s Roger Friedman said of the autopsy, which will not be released publicly until 2 pm EST, said, “It will not show cause of death.”

So despite the expectation that Monteith’s death was a result of his personal battle with drug and alcohol addiction it was not, apparently, the cause of his death. It will not be until after the toxicology reports have been finalised that the real reason for Cory’s death will be known.

After the actor was found dead in his Vancouver, Canada hotel room, the assumption was that the popular young Glee actor had overdosed or had a bad reaction to some illicit drugs.

Monteith had always been very open about his battle with drugs and his girlfriend Lea Michele, who was his girlfriend on the show as real as in real life, was very supportive of Cory’s attempts to stay straight and knew about his stays in rehabilitation.

Cory Monteith was born in Born in Calgary, Alberta, Canada, and he moved to Vancouver Island when he was a youngster. He, like many other actors worked at a variety of jobs before he reached success as an actor. He was a WalMart greeter, a school bus driver, a roofer and a cab driver before he started working as an actor.

His girlfriend Lea Michele is distraught with grief at Cory’s death and has not given any statements since the actors death became public. Her rep has asked that the public respect her privacy and the sadness that she is currently going through.

Tributes for the young Glee star have been pouring in from friends and his fellow Glee co-stars. But hopes that the autopsy would show just why the 31 year-old Cory Monteith died are inconclusive.
