Daniel Radcliffe and Jon Hamm Share a Bath

The ‘Harry Potter’ star, Daniel Radcliffe and ‘Mad Men’ star, Jon Hamm become the envy of women everywhere! The two stars are starring in a new mini-series called ‘A Young Doctor’s Notebook’ Radcliffe teases fans about his shared bath with Hamm, “I am the envy of every woman ever!”

The two stars rendezvous in the bath is not a provocative one, instead a fight ensues and mayhem is born. The four episode mini series is creating waves on the ‘Ovation’ channel in the United States. It focuses on a doctor (Hamm) who continuously thinks back to his younger self (Radcliffe) during the pre-revolutionary era in Russia, years after World War II.

In a swoon worthy appearance on the British screens, the series was a hit as Hamm scored millions more of hot-blooded women to adore him. His English accent, imposing height and dashing dark looks are a treat to those who enjoy stellar acting and a handsome man to admire.  So, how did Radcliffe and Hamm lead to the scene of sharing a bath?

Radcliffe stated it is Hamm battling his younger self and the tone isn’t friendly. During the released clips of the episodes, Hamm is seeing glaring angrily at his portrayed younger version. The series has taken the British by storm and the direction team made the right step to bring the dark comedy to America.

The mini series is based in a short story collection named ‘A Country Doctor’s Notebook’ written by Mikhail Bulgakov. Jonn Hamm is most famously known for the suave and debonair role on AMC’s ‘Mad Men.’ His character  ‘Don Draper’ is a seductive and brilliant ad-man who panders to his own taste and takes no prisoners.

Yet, in 2007 Hamm broke from the role to guest star on ’30 Rock’ and a comedic star was born. In 2011, he played love interest to Kristen Wiig in ‘Bridesmaids.’ The opening sex scenes remain to be one of the most hilariously opening scenes for a movie yet. It displayed Hamm as a method actor who enjoys taking the reigns in new projects.

Radcliffe is no stick in the mud either. He needs no introduction, thanks to writer extraordinaire J.K. Rowling’s enchanting ‘Harry Potter’ series which took to the big screen and moved Radcliffe into super-star status. Radcliffe spends his time on stage and on the big screen. He enjoys delving into projects and is slated to play ‘Billy Claven’ in the stage play revival of ‘The Cripple of Inishmaan.’

These two mega stars bring a curious angle to the new mini series which has seen impressive ratings. Hamm, more foreboding is a the cute nerd every girl loves, under a Superman mask. And, Radcliffe is the Clark Kent with a sexy persona behind his glasses and sweet grin.

These two stars clicked instantly and Radcliffe is thrilled to be working with Hamm on the set of ‘A Young Doctor’s Notebook.’ In addition to practicing lines, waiting for coffee and signing autographs, and sharing baths, Radcliffe likes to tease his co-star. Speaking to a reporter of their significant height differences, Radcliffe joked, “Jon is actually really small, he just wears heels.”
