COLLISIONDETAILS:

On July 14, 2013 at approximately 12:42 pm, a four vehicle traffic collision occurred on South Las Vegas
Boulevard south of City Center Place. Evidence atthe scene and witnessstatementsindicate a red 2001 Lincoln
Navigator,towing an empty boattrailer, wastraveling north on Las Vegas Blvd, in the centertravel lane and waspproaching the intersection with City Center Place. A 2012 Ford Escape wastraveling north in front ofthe
Lincoln and a 2001GMC Canyon wasin front ofthe Ford Escape.

A 2009 PontiacG6 wastraveling north in the righttravel lane and wasto the right ofthe Ford Escape. The vehicles were approaching the intersection with a green traffic signal. The LincolnNavigatorimpacted the rear ofthe Ford Escape pushing itforward. The Ford Escape impacted the rear oftheGMC Canyon with the front. The Lincoln veered to the right and the rightfront of the Lincoln impacted the leftrear ofthe Pontiac. All ofthe vehicles came to a stop.

The operator ofthe Lincoln Navigator exited the vehicle and leftthe scene northbound on foot and did not assist orrender aid to the other involved drivers. Witnesses described the operator ofthe Lincoln as an adult whitemale. The operator ofthe Ford Escape,the operator oftheGMC Canyon and theGMC passenger were transported to SunriseHospital with
injuries. The collision remains underinvestigation by the LVMPDAccidentInvestigation Section.
