It has been quiet for a while around Kim Kardashian. The new mom decided to stay indoors and
take care of her baby girl work on her fitness. Her Best Friend and trainer Tracy Anderson is at her beck and call to shape up for the big revelation this summer, on her mother’s TV show: “Kris.” (Apparently we still have more to learn from the Kardashians. Instead of a reality show the new TV program will be a talk show, which is hosted by Kim’s mother Kris.) Kim is feeling the pressure to reveal her post-pregnancy body for the first time and is rumored to have had liposuction, because she can’t reveal on the show that losing the baby weight is actually quite difficult and takes time. Therefore Kim’s body after liposuction might be revealed on the show instead of a Tracy Anderson sculpted one, or will it? Will that affect your opinion of Kim? Or does it not matter, because most Kim Kardashian body-parts are fake anyway?
Tracy Anderson, believes in her client. She thinks that the star doesn’t need any outside help apart from Anderson’s diet and exercise method. Tracy probably doesn’t agree with the statement that Kim Kardashian”s body after liposuction will be revealed instead of a thoroughly worked-out one. Tracy said: “It’s a tough time, and a lot of women feel like it’s a huge mountain to climb to get back [in shape], but Kim, surprisingly, has had the totally opposite reaction to other moms. She’s like, ‘We’re going to be so good. It’s fun, I feel great!’ She just loves the whole process.” If Kim does follow Tracy’s exercise and nutritional plan to the letter, according to Anderson’s mass-produced philosophy for the public at large, she will be in for quite a bumpy ride. First off: the diet. No carbohydrates, fat, protein or anything besides vegetables really. (Granted this is only for a few weeks. In addition Tracy has a desert thing that consists of some nuts and cocoa.) The real kicker is that you have to puree all of these ingredients and you will be exercising for at least an hour a day. In addition the cardio portion of the exercise plan is hopping and jumping around. (Yes, you will learn some great dance moves but is it really healthy to be jumping around for 30 minutes if you just had a baby? Also the muscle structure moves are repetitive and honestly painful.) Tracy does get results but it is a long, difficult, painful road; and do we all really think Kim is going to go down that road? Or will she opt for the less a strenuous option by revealing her body after liposuction on her mother’s show “Kris?” Because will it work or not? We’ll have to wait and see for ourselves.
In addition to being very busy with her baby girl, Kim Kardashian revealed on her blog: “These past couple of weeks have been filled with the most exciting experiences of my life,” she claimed. “I am so blessed to have the support of my family and fans in this beautiful moment.” Will her mother’s new show be a success? Are you going to watch it? Or will you watch it only once to see what Kim looks like now? Let us know in the comments.
