Oakland Police Need Your Help Regarding Missing Child/Kidnapped Daphne Webb

Investigators have released the attached photos of John Webb’s vehicle and 21-month-old missing/kidnapped Daphne Webb. We are requesting the assistance of the media and the community to help us establish a timeline of when John Webb and his daughter Daphne Webb were last seen together.

The Oakland Police Department, in conjunction with other agencies, is attempting to locate the following individual: Daphne Webb, a black female who is 21 months old, 2 feet tall, and 30 pounds with a deformity of the left ear.

Daphne was last seen wearing orange two-piece pajamas with pink hearts. The father, John Webb, called OPD at about 11:09 am on 7-10-13 to report that his child had been kidnapped from the 1400 block of 79th Avenue. He stated that Daphne had been taken from his vehicle. The vehicle (see attached photo) was processed and released back to Webb.

The Oakland Police Department is attempting to locate any witnesses who would have seen this vehicle and/or the child in the area at the time that this incident was called in to the police.
