The world seems to be continuously at war with itself, within nations and between countries. As the US considers attacking Syria at this time, both with the support of some and the opposition of others, can we create for ourselves a reality with no war – if we choose?
Modern quantum physics has presented the multiverse theory which implies that multiple universes are co-existing all the time. To some, this means that any given option creates its own universe and thereby, a reality in which to choose awareness of. This is a confusing idea to many people and scientists alike – how can there be multiple universes? Wouldn’t that mean there were more than one of me? How does this work?
The multiverse hypothesis, as seen by quantum physicists, holds that our universe is “one bubble in an infinite and inaccessible foam…the number of possible types of universes that can bubble up in a multiverse is around 10^500.”
Many a philosopher and spiritual teacher have mused about the idea of multiple realities being present. To one such metaphysical ‘traveler’, Burt Goldman, the multiverse theory is a reality. He uses this idea to engage “other aspects” of himself, in order to learn new talents or abilities and access greater portions of consciousness then he can in the body he resides in physically. How does he do this? He engages other parallel realities during deep meditation and actually asks other versions of himself to teach him how to do certain things such as: play the piano, take professional photography images, dance, paint, etc. He has done this for many years with great success. Any one who researches his work would have a struggle to find any other explanation for how he does all the amazing things he does with very little schooling.
The spiritual teacher Bashar, is a channeled entity through the man named Darryl Anka. Some disregard channeled beings as a hoax, though few can find flaw with the words they speak. Others believe that those channeling the “so-called” entities are really just speaking from a higher place of wisdom in themselves that they have not yet been able to embrace as the ‘self’, and so they use another identity in order to make it more believable to themselves, and maybe to others.
Bashar is a proponent of multiple realities and explains it beautifully by saying that there are billions of realities co-existing all the time. It is up to us to decide which reality we experience based upon our choices – moment by moment. He states:
There is only the understanding of the thing that needs to be taught to every child on the planet, and that is the knowledge that every single individual on this planet is already powerful as he or she needs to be to create any reality desired, without having to hurt yourself, or anyone else, to get it. That’s how powerful you are.
Can we create a reality for ourselves in which we do not experience any ‘impending war?’ According to modern quantum physics, it is entirely possible. If we only create what we look at – then what if we choose not to look at the possibility of war? Some would call it ‘turning a blind eye to the truth,’ but what if you truly did not believe that such a reality existed for you? Would you somehow find yourself in a reality where those experiences that were not of your choosing did not exist? Would the realities that did contain those ‘undesirables’ become less and less obvious to you until they faded away completely? One can only experiment to know for sure.
If you argue that the multi-universe theory is not possible, then you would be confirming your own theory by embracing the tragedies you see around you as the only possible reality. For those who choose to believe in such a perspective, perhaps the screen opens to parallel realities one never before dreamed. If it is possible to create a reality with no war, by simply seeing it inside – what would happen if we all did it together?
