Dallas: Public’s Assistance Needed in Finding Murder Suspect

The Dallas Police Department is asking the public’s assistance in identifying suspects involved in the homicide of Mr. Eliash Ogalla. On August 3, 2013, at about 4:15 a.m., Mr. Ogalla and a witness were in the 7700 block of McCallum Boulevard when they were robbed by two Black males. During the robbery, the victim was shot and killed. The suspects were seen fleeing in an older blue or silver SUV. This offense is documented on service number 197628-A.
