Dallas: Public’s Assistance Needed in Identifying Murder VictimOn August 5, 2013, at about 7:40 a.m., a motorist travelling northbound Interstate 45 at Simpson Stuart observed a body of an unknown Black female lying at the bottom of a hill. The motorist called for police. Dallas officers responded and found the female deceased from homicidal violence. Homicide detectives determined that the unknown female had been shot. Detectives have been unsuccessful identifying the victim and thereby request the public’s assistance.

Below is an artist rendering of the deceased victim. She is described as a Black female between 30 to 40 years old, approximately 5’2’’ in height and weighs about 205 pounds. Detectives have also provided an actual photo of a tattoo located on the victim’s calf that says, “Sexy Chocolate”. This incident is documented on service number 199491-A.
