The couple are slowly closing in on an eventful decade of being together. One of those quiet Hollywood relationships that stands the test of time without bragging about it. In 2004 Megan Fox and Brian Austin Green met on the set of ‘Hope & Faith.’ Fox relayed the tale of their sparkly connection, “Everyone was around the monitor watching a scene, and Brian accidentally touched my leg. I remember literal electricity shooting through me and out of me from every direction,” she says. “It was like magic.” Magic that led through a journey of break-ups, re-connection and now a second baby for the couple.
The couple see no issue with their 12-year age gap. Fox, 27 has always been very open about well not being physically open: “I’ve only been with two men my entire life: my childhood sweetheart and Brian. I can never have sex with someone that I don’t love, ever. The idea makes me sick.” Green, 40 shared his love for his sex symbol star wife, “It doesn’t matter whether you put a bunch of makeup on her or not. She always looks hot. I stand next to her and it’s like beauty and the beast.”
Things were not always so loving between the couple. Green proposed to Fox in 2006 and the couple called off the engagement in 2008/2009. Green had blamed their busy schedules that eventually drove them apart. Of course, there was also speculation that Fox was getting a little close to ‘Transformers’ co-star Shia LaBeouf during the production. The couple remained friends, still to meet-up and have a drink or be seen around Hollywood. In late 2009 the couple connected again and their love was back on the front burner.
Fox was happier, friends reported and she shared what she liked about fiance Green, “He’s a man. He has an ego. He went through [fame] already, and he doesn’t want it back — it was horrible. So he has sympathy. He’s the one person that I know that if I’m struggling and everything’s getting crazy, I can call.” Later in 2010 Fox raised eye-brows when she stated she and long-time love, Green never broke off the engagement. I guess she missed the 18-months of media spotlight saying as much.
The couple shared another engagement in 2009 and so far (knock on wood) no words of break-up have surfaced. In the summer of 2010, the happy-in-love couple married in Hawaii. In attendance was Green’s then 8-year-old son Kassius, from his previous marriage. The older and seemingly wiser couple are now celebrating the announcement of their second child. Oldest son, Noah Shannon just arrived 10 months ago. Fox and Green are elated at the news. Fox shared, “All I wanted to do my whole, whole life was have a baby and, now, I’ve finally done it!”
The beautiful actress is in production of her latest flick ‘Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles’ and Green is currently in final production stages of the Sci-Fi horror ‘Last Stop’ due for release sometime this year. The couple is happier than ever. They have welcomed the sparks, overcome their break-ups and are welcoming another baby into their family. Fox took to Facebook after son Noah was born and we are sure her sentiments remain the same, “We are humbled to have the opportunity to call ourselves the parents of this beautiful soul and I am forever grateful to God for allowing me to know this kind of boundless, immaculate love. Thanks to those of you who wish to send your positive energy and well wishes.”
