Weight Loss Through Simple Method

I bet you thought you’d tried everything when it comes to weight loss, right?  This diet pill, that diet pill, starving yourself, special diets, exercise, cutting out wheat, everything!  How exhausting!  One thing is certain, you are never going to lose weight with all that built up frustration surrounding losing weight.  Get it?  And if you really think you need to lose weight that badly, well, unfortunately the laws of the universe are going to keep on creating for you that need, perpetually.  Do you know what that means?  No weight loss, only the perceived need for it.  Bummer.  So what’s the new approach?  Weight loss can be accomplished, but through much simpler methods than you thought.  Thought.

That’s right, I said thought twice.  Thought is the key, not only one time, but over and over again.  Repeating the same thought is actually the way to create anything into your life, including a different dress size.  Sound too simple to be true?  Well, how simple is it to make a new thought and keep it?  I challenge you that it isn’t too easy, though it’s simple.  Here’s the tricky part.  The mind plays out in lag time, in other words, even though you change your thoughts, you will keep experiencing the effects of your old thoughts for a little while, approximately 2 weeks or so.  Let’s call it the universal trial and trust period.  It’s like a test to see if you trust that what you are doing will really work, despite the lack of immediate results.

You see, quantum science says we are really just manifestations of thought particles, holograms of light reflecting the “stuff” of the mind. This “as a man thinketh, so is he” stuff is really true.  Though it applies to women too.  Whatever we are holding our attention on, whatever we are expecting to find, we find.  If you think these words are bunk, that is exactly what you will experience and the only one who can prove you wrong is you.

There is no correct weight to be in this world, those are all just false projections gifted us from the media, our parents and social conditioning.  You are actually perfect the way you are now.  Totally.  However, if you don’t feel as such, then you need to re-adjust your thinking to align with the perfection that you are.  When you do this, and HOLD it.  Hold it in your mind for a time, without doubt (a challenging thing to do, but not impossible), then miracles can happen.  What actually happens is that when your body, your cells, your fat starts to believe you, your body will transform, morph, reconfigure to match the love and adoration you have for yourself.  You are a self-projected field of intent.  Yes you are.

Why does any diet anything work for anybody? Because they already believed it would. They already saw themselves without the weight; the pill or the diet just supported their belief.  Anything in the external world can help, if you have the strong internal dialogue first.

So, yes, weight loss, weight gain, weight maintenance can all be accomplished through a simple method, thought.  There is a great story out of Autobiography of a Yogi that illustrates this point, though you have to already believe to hear it.     The basic jist of the story goes that one man thought himself to be sick and unable to gain weight, he’d tried everything, seen every doctor and medical practitioner, every yogi and sage – to no avail.  Upon meeting a great saint, whom he thought could heal him, he heard the words of belief in his healing and he soon began to gain weight.  After a day or so, when the saint confirmed that it was only he who could heal himself, he returned to his previous state.  It wasn’t until he truly received the information and took it to heart, that he could choose health and strength in any moment and have it be so, that it happened for him.

The story goes on that in one day 50 pounds of weight returned to him, miraculously.  This may not be the case for you in your dream of weight loss, though it may be.  The point is to never deny yourself the power to make miracles happen in your world simply because the outside world teaches differently.  You too can lose weight or have any reality shift for you through the simple method of belief.  Change your thoughts and change your world.  Try it for 2 months.  Repeat the truth you would like to be, rather than the one you think you see.  Do it diligently and see.

Losing weight really is a two step process of exercise and diet. As for exercise, do both cardio and weight lifting. If you do sets of weight training quick enough, you get the benefit of both.
As for diet, get a good diet program that emphasizes good quality nutrition but is less dense in calories.*

Your article is correct–keep your mind to it and you WILL lose weight.
I lost 60 pounds and have kept it off for 5 years. You can do this too.
    I did two things:
    1. Added strength training with lighter weights/higher reps to my cardio. Strength training really gets your metabolism up and you lose weight more quickly.
    2. I researched and learned how to eat. Less calories will make you lose weight.
Nutrition is an important component of weight loss. Good luck in your weight loss!

I agree with this article and believe that thought can really help us in losing weight. It’s all about the mindset. When you have the right mindset that you want to stay fit and healthy, then you will achieve your goal. Starting out was not easy for me. I have read about the program I am in right now from this site www.mynotsosecretfitnessmethods.com and I must admit that I was skeptical at first but upon giving it a go for about a month, I am happy that I am seeing great results.
