GTA V Is Making It up to You!

GTA VIf you experienced the troubles that accompanied the much anticipated release of Grand Theft Auto V (GTA V) Online last month, Rockstar Games is making it up to you.  Expect to see an additional $500,000 in your virtual pocket by Saturday morning if you haven’t already.  Think of it as a virtual bouquet of roses and box of chocolates for players that waited up all night for nothing.

The extra cash will be delivered to the accounts of anyone who played GTA V Online in October as a way of saying “I’m sorry” to those who had a hard time getting onto Rockstar’s servers during the initial two weeks of the release.  Those who did manage to connect and play soon found that their hard work was for naught as any progress they had made so far was lost.  Many features, including new items and missions that were promised to users as part of GTA V Online, were never delivered due to technical problems which prevented their implementation.

For those still feeling injured by the bungled release of GTA V Online, perhaps some new heavy artillery will make it up to you.  Killing enemies is always easier when you have state-of-the-art, high-powered weaponry.  However, for those looking to up their style, a luxury ride is always a good choice, and you will not be able to simply steal new wheels as you can in the offline version.  This time, you’ll have to lay down some cold hard cash, which you now have thanks to Rockstar Games.

If a sports car is simply not enough to satisfy your need for speed, perhaps a private jet will help to scratch that itch.  It’s the fastest way to get around and let’s face it, doesn’t it just sound cool to invite a cyber stripper back to your private jet?  A private jet which also affords more space for romancing the ladies than the back seat of that luxury sports car you were considering.

If you’re less about the loving and more about the fighting, you always have the option of handsomely reimbursing unscrupulous characters who take it upon themselves to off one of your sworn enemies.  With the wad of cash you now have, there’s no reason for you to have to do the dirty work.

When a long day filled with murder has passed, nothing feels better than a home of your own.  Having a place to stash the evidence provides you with the peace of mind you’ll need to relax and gear up for another day of killing.  There are plenty of options ranging from crash pads to luxury homes nestled in the hills and boasting amazing views and even more amazing amenities.

Do you still feel that GTA V has some making up to do for you?  Bank that cash and wait for Rockstar to release the next version of Grand Theft Auto.  There’s sure to be some bugs in the rollout.  Just think of the damage you could do with a cool million.

Erm they have been pretty clear on how this money will come to you and with the exception of about three days of problems (my character I use was created on 4th October) I see no reason why people left it so long to go back! Really the only person at fault here is yourself for not logging on throughout October!

Pft I bought the game at release and intentionally avoided playing online since there were so many problems and I don’t get a stimulus pack? WTH Rockstar it should be given to anyone who BOUGHT the game in September and October because I know there were a lot of people like myself who chose to wait to play online until the bugs were fixed. Not too happy about the way tthey chose to hand it out. That aside, I’m having a lot of fun playing online. Its just really hard to make money and that $500k would have been really useful. Now I have to be stingy and moderate my spending which isn’t too fun.
