Texas police arrest two people in credit card fraud case involving Target. Account information stolen from Target during the security breach is now being sold and divided up regionally. Police say the young duo are connected to 96 fraudulent credit cards. Mary Carmen Garcia and Daniel Guardiola Dominguez of Monterrey, Mexico, were caught trying to reenter the U.S. border. Police also mentioned the couple stole account information of South Texas residents and used it to buy tens of thousands of dollars’ worth of merchandise.

It is believed the Target security breach affected over 70 million customers.
