Two people were killed early Monday morning in Acre, Israel, when a propane tank blast at the entrance of a building caused it to collapse after the explosion. According to the reports, eleven people have been injured in the blast in Haifa, and two of the wounded are in critical conditions.
The injured have been taken to the hospitals in Haifa and Nahariya. The officials told that Magen David Adom helpers are operating under extremely poor light conditions in the alley of Acre.
The collapse of the building trapped many people under the debris; one child was rescued from the rubble, and four other people were safely taken out. The rescue efforts and neighbors are trying to reach the victims.
