Search has been ongoing for over 48 hours to locate any hint of debris indicating the whereabouts of the Malaysia Airlines flight 370 that went off radar after departing the Malaysia capital, Kuala Lumpur, on Saturday. The latest development is that a part of the plane – a door – is believed to have been found by the Vietnamese search and rescue team. A day and a half after the plane and its 239 passengers bound for Beijing lost contact and went missing, an object was spotted yesterday off an island of Vietnam (see photo). This is the same area where oil slicks were seen on Saturday morning. Although confirmation is still being awaited by anxious family members and officials, there is hope that an answer will soon be found to the mystery of Malaysia Airlines flight 370.
