Ukraine Situation Commands UN Meeting Between Ki-Moon, Lavrov

UkraineThe endless violence in the Ukraine has resulted in an impending meeting between the UN’s Ban Ki-moon and Russian Foreign Minister, Sergei Lavrov, in Geneva on Monday for a discussion on human rights, according to the Voice of Russia.

Few details have been released, but UN diplomat Lakhdar Brahimi will be in attendance as well. Brahimi will serve as a moderator to resolve the growing conflict. Fellow nations have stood idly watching the increasing tension, mainly in the Crimean region.
