Acne Wrinkles and More Remedied with Coconut Oil

Acne

There are more than enough skin problems like acne and wrinkles to worry about, but a hidden secret to remedying such issues lies within coconut oil. A single jar of coconut oil can make an immense difference in one’s overall health.

An avid coconut oil user states he was introduced to the amazing benefits of the oil when he was awoken in the middle of the night by an excruciating tooth pain. An unbearable throbbing of one of his back molars that some may be familiar with, which is known as tooth decay. When the pain hits the host like this, it usually means it is time for some kind of horrible dental procedure like a root canal. It turns out, that is exactly what this man needed to have done, but he wasn’t able to get in for a dentist appointment in the immediate future.

He tells that as he was lying in bed awaiting the next wave of tooth torture, he began searching the internet for natural ways to heal a decaying tooth or at least to dull the pain for the time being. He came across a technique that really intrigued him called, “oil pulling.” Oil pulling is a process that involves one using coconut oil to swish around the mouth for approximately 10-15 minutes and then spitting it back out.

The act of oil pulling actually draws out the toxins that are causing the teeth to decay. Because the teeth are naturally porous, the oil is the perfect source to use to capture all of those nasty, unwanted toxins and take them out gradually. This coconut oil user says that had he discovered this earlier, he most definitely would not have experienced the agony of a tooth ache nor had to take that ever-loving trip to the dentist because the pain slowly began to decrease the more he swished with the coconut oil.

After discovering this beautiful remedy, he began looking for more uses for coconut oil and realized that he could use it to heal the frustrations of acne and aid with under-eye wrinkles and dark circles. After making one discovery after another, he became an avid user of coconut oil.

It turns out, if one is creative and imaginative, there are literally hundreds of uses for coconut oil that provide all kind of benefits for one’s health. In addition to swishing the oil around the teeth and using it as a remedy for acne and wrinkles, coconut oil makes an excellent makeup remover. Users can also find uses for it within their diet such as using it as an alternative coffee creamer or a replacement for butter when cooking stir fry, baked goods and deep-fried foods. The oil can also be melted into hot tea to soothe a sore throat.

Users can also find many practicalities with coconut oil in their hair. A tiny tab of the oil can tame hair frizz and a greater amount can be used as a leave-in conditioner for several hours then wash it out to acquire a smooth, silky and healthy finish to one’s luscious locks. It also makes great massage and tanning oils and can be used a personal lubricant for “play time” with a partner without irritating the “down-there” areas.

These examples are only a tiny glimpse into the infinity that coconut oil has to offer. The craziest utilization that has been heard of is a girl who cured a yeast infection with coconut oil by soaking a tampon in it and inserting the tampon into herself! So the possibilities seem quite endless when it comes to discovering new ways to put coconut oil to use.

If the oil is being used externally to remedy issues such as acne and wrinkles, a more refined coconut oil like cold or expeller pressed types work very well. When using internally, unrefined virgin coconut oil is suggested.

Coconut oil contains two powerful nutrients: lauric and caprylic acids which are effective against the bacteria that cause acne. Coconut oil really works for acne.
