Google Nexus Rumors Now Involve the Nexus 6 Price

Google Nexus

New Google Nexus rumors now involve the pricing for the Nexus 6. The expected new smartphone will likely keep the price tag of its predecessor the Nexus 5, despite having better features. This may not be that surprising to many.

Google likes to keep its Nexus devices affordable. In fact, most of the Nexus devices are the cheapest on the market when other smart products on the market. The tech giant realizes that people want these smart products but cannot always afford them, and there is no point in pricing itself out of the market. Keeping the prices low also leads to more people choosing Nexus over competitors.

Like other Nexus products, the new expected Nexus 6 smartphone will be available on the Google Play Store. This is the official online store for these Android devices, but like others it will also be available elsewhere.

So far, all of these are Google Nexus rumors. There is still no word if the Nexus 6 is even a definite product. It makes sense to release one, but then it made sense for the company to release a second generation Nexus 10 tablet in the last quarter of 2013 but that never happened, despite various rumors. The tech company does have a habit of simply releasing a device without a lot of the commercial hype beforehand, which could be the way forward again this time.

Of course, people want to know all about the new rumors about the Google Nexus device, including the pricing of the Nexus 6 and how it will beat the Nexus 5 released last year. One of the expected additions is a 2K display screen, which will have touchscreen technology. The resolution for that will work out at 2048×1080, which is even better than the Samsung Galaxy S5 and HTC One M8.

Another improvement will be the camera. The rear-facing camera is likely to be the standard 10Mp or 13MP camera. It is the front-facing camera that is expected to be better. It is likely that Google will looking offering something better than the 5MP front-facing camera to beat the competition. After all, more people are taking selfies than ever before and they want the quality to look great. While the megapixels is not the only determining factor for good quality pictures, it is essential when it comes to cell phones.

The arrival date is still not known. Many have ever refrained from guessing. It is expected to arrive later in the year. Some believe it will be October or November to try and avoid the competition from other big names in September and the start of October. Appleā€™s iPhone 6 is expected in September while Samsung is expected to release a new device in October.

Now all Google needs to do is work with more wireless carriers to make the phone more convenient. With a price tag of less than $400, it would make it much more competitive.

Of course, these are all rumors for a possible device. Nothing is set in stone, but the Google Nexus rumors do now involve an idea of price for the Nexus 6.

How do all of these media outlets get away with writing articles about new Nexus devices that are 100% filled with speculation and/or completely made-up information? There is literally no news in this article.

The Nexus 5 works out of the box with T-mobile, AT&T and Sprint. How much more can they do? It probably works with VZ too, but we know VZ will never let that happen.
