Justin Bieber and Carly Rae Jepsen Sing at Manager's Wedding

Justin Bieber and Carly Rae Jepsen became glorified wedding singers on Sunday when they provided a few songs to help their manager, Scooter Braun, celebrate his marriage to cancer activist Yael Cohen in Whistler, British Columbia. Fellow Canadians Bieber and Jepsen wanted to show their appreciation to the manager who is, to a large extent, responsible for the careers in music.

Besides Justin Bieber and Carly Rae Jepsen, other celebrities in attendance included Ed Sheeran, Sofia Bush and Tom Hanks, who dressed up as a rabbi and sang Montell Jordan’s hit This Is How We Do It. Many of the guests, like Ed Sheeran, flew in for the wedding.

When it came time for the reception, the Biebs and Jepsen got up on the stage there and sang Jepsen’s monster hit from 2012, Call Me Maybe. Also, Justin Bieber sang The Beatles’ song All You Need Is Love as his manager kissed his bride.

On Monday, Justin Bieber congratulated his manager’s bride on Instagram, writing that she “looked like a princess last night.” He added his disbelief that “Scooter found someone that puts up with his bs.”

Yael Cohen called Sunday, her wedding day, “the best day of my life.”  Justin Bieber and Carly Rae Jepsen Sing at Manager's Wedding

Sofia Bush, who is a good friend of the bride’s, posted some photos from the wedding on Instagram. She congratulated her friend and called Cohen her “beautiful bunny,” writing that she was “one of the kindest, most intelligent, giving people I know.”

The singing by Justin Bieber and Carly Rae Jepsen at the wedding of their manager Scooter Braun was a sort of “thank you” to him for all of the work he has put in towards assisting in their singing careers. However, Scooter’s wedding could have been the reason for the most recent blow-up between Justin and Selena Gomez.

The wedding is reportedly what was behind Justin Bieber not spending the Fourth of July with Selena Gomez, according to a source who spoke to Hollywood Life. The source stated that Scooter “just wanted Justin” to be there, not Gomez, so that the focus would be “on their special day and not what Justin and Selena were doing.” When the Biebs agreed to this, Selena got angry and that “got the ball rolling for them to fight and break up and not hang out during the 4th.”

Another source told Hollywood Life that Selena’s family and friends are worried about her, and are telling her that “she should enter rehab this weekend.” The source claims that Gomez is “a mess over what Justin has been doing to her.” Justin Bieber reportedly spent the Fourth of July aboard a yacht with some of his friends and beautiful young women instead of with Selena Gomez.

Besides Justin Bieber and Carly Rae Jepsen having made their manager, Scooter Braun, a ton of money, he had to have been happy to have the pair join together in song to help him celebrate his wedding to cancer activist Yael Cohen. The nonprofit cancer foundation that she founded is called “F**k Cancer.” She and Scooter Braun became engaged in January. Neither Braun nor Cohen has previously been married.
