On The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, Fallon’s guests will be Megan Fox and Nick Cannon. The musical guest is Wiz Khalifa. The house band, The Roots, was awesome, as usual. Jimmy said that Will Arnett will be one of the guest tomorrow night. Arnett is one of the actors in the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, a movie that Megan Fox also stars in.
After the monologue, Jimmy Fallon did a bit about “Screen Grabs.” He had asked viewers to send in screen grabs and he selected some of the best. One of them was of photos on Facebook. The top half of an image looked like a dog’s face and the bottom was a woman’s face. Then, he showed one of Jennifer Lopez being interviewed on the news, but the writing on the screen said it was Alex Rodriguez.
Then, a still from Chitty Chitty Bang Bang showed someone who looked a lot like Jimmy Fallon. Fallon put on a wig and mustache to complete the effect.
One from Romeo, Michigan, was “headboards can be removed for beer pong.” He and the announcer, Steve Higgins, then joked about it for a while, using different voices. Higgins is pretty funny. The bits that he does with Fallon add a lot to the show.
Jimmy Fallon introduced the first guest, Megan Fox, who he says will be in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles which will be opening in 3D this coming weekend.
Megan talked with Jimmy about how she had felt being pregnant. She certainly does not look pregnant now; she has lost whatever baby weight she had put on. She tells Fallon that she “had really strict parents and was always being grounded.”
She said she would do things like climb down out of the second story of her house and drive to her boyfriend’s house. My parents would find out where I was and come and get me.”
Jimmy Fallon tells her that he is “excited about the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles movie.” Megan says that she loves the movie and campaigned hard to have the movie made and to be in it. Then, Jimmy shows a video clip from it.
One of the Turtles is demanding Megan’s character to hand over her camera. Another one shows up, apologizing for how rude his friend had asked, saying that he should have said “please.”
Back from a commercial break, Jimmy Fallon and Megan Fox play Pictionary with Nick Cannon and Wiz Khalifa. Wiz is Jimmy’s partner and Cannon is Megan’s partner. Megan goes first, trying to draw “Frog In Your Throat.” Time runs out before she is able to get Nick to answer her correctly.
Then, Jimmy attempts to draw a picture of a “Puppeteer.” Wiz says “Dancer — disco dancer–trapeze artist — puppeteer!” Fallon’s team scores first.
Nick Cannon has to draw the expression “Get Off Your High Horse.” Cannon spends too much time just thinking about what to draw. Megan gets the “horse” put right, but the time then runs out on them.
Wiz goes next. He is supposed to draw a “Corn Dog.” Jimmy gets the “corn” part right away. Wiz tries to draw a dog, but Fallon did not get it right. He could not tell he picture was of a dog.
Megan and Jimmy then drew at the same time, “Taking a Selfie.” Nick Cannon guessed it correctly, so Megan and Nick’s team won the game. Then, The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon went to another break.
When the Tonight Show returns, Jimmy Fallon introduced his second guest of the show, Nick Cannon. “Like they just didn’t see me in the last segment!” Cannon says, after the audience applauds and cheers wildly.
“Growing up, we didn’t have a lot. I’d often have to go to Thrift Stores,” Cannon says. He said that he only had one Starter jacket for a while, but he tried to make the best of it, wearing it inside-out to change his look.
“It’s Frozen 24/7,” Nick says, talking about his household and that the Disney movie, Frozen, is on TV there all of the time.
He confesses to Fallon that he had been a mime once, but that “I was the worse mime ever.” Nick related a story about coming off of the stage and acting like he was going after Howie Mandell, who cringed and hide behind Mel B, on America’s Got Talent.
Wiz Khalifa will be performing right after another commercial break. The commercial break seemed to be extra-long.
The album he has out now is called Black Hollywood. Wiz has a picture of himself on his T-shirt, but one with blonde dreadlocks. He is a pretty good rapper. His band is joined by The Roots. They rocked the place out! “I’m gonna drink so much that I can’t make it home/Someone needs to take me home,” Khalifa sang.
When the Tonight Show came back, Fallon thanked all of his guests and went up into the audience, as he usually does, giving everybody high fives. He does a great job getting the audience into his shows, though they are usually pretty excited to see him and the Tonight Show guests, as it is.
