Missing Woman in Washington Gone More Than Week

In Toppenish, Washington, a Hispanic woman, 30, has been missing, gone for more than a week now, according to a report by NBC Right Now KNDO/KNDU Police are searching for her, but have no leads so far in the investigation into the woman’s whereabouts.

The missing woman, Epifina Mendoza, has been reportedly missing since November 5. According to police, she left her home about 9:00 p.m. that night and her vehicle was stopped by police officers in Wapato, Washington, for undisclosed reasons around 11:30 p.m. The officers let her continue on her way.

Mendoza’s husband notified the Toppenish Police Department the following day, on November 6. He told them that his wife had never returned home. On November 13, a week later, just off of Highway 97, the vehicle of the missing woman was discovered by the police.

The missing woman, Epifina Mendoza, is described as having black hair and she is 5’6″ and 180 lbs. Updates will follow. People who might have any further information about the missing woman are requested to call the Toppenish Police at 509-865-4355.
