Suicidal Thoughts Can Be Released by Doing This

According to statistics, one in five Americans suffer from one sort of mental illness or another. Mental illness and depression often lead to suicidal thoughts and tendencies, though one man has a solution that he thinks may be able to release such burdens on the mind. This potential solution for suicidal tendencies has to do with trapped emotions.

It is no secret that science has declared humans to be nothing but energy. Energy is known to respond to vibrations and emotions. In Chinese medicine, energy lines called meridians, are identified throughout the body assisting in the relay of information and the maintenance of health. Acupuncture is a treatment that works specifically with the energy fields of the body and works based on the fact that needles stuck in certain spots help to move stuck energy and therefore, relieve the area of pain or distress.

Dr. Bradley Nelson, a chiropractor for over 25 years, has been working with individuals to clear issues related to stuck energy in the spine as well as spinal misalignments. Along with his studies he has also become a proficient practitioner in the art of muscle testing known as kinesiology.

Kinesiology is based on the idea that the body is intelligent and that all information about a person, their life, thoughts, emotions and pains are all stored in the subconscious mind. Kinesiology is the practice of asking the subconscious mind to reveal information, helping to find relief for the individual.

Suicidal thoughts are caused by a compilation of negative emotions and the release of certain hormones in the brain. Dr. Nelson has discovered that nearly 90 percent of issues people suffer from are caused from unprocessed emotions stuck in the body field. Perhaps, by releasing stuck emotions in the body the tendency to become suicidal would not manifest.

Though suicidal thoughts and tendencies are a serious matter, they usually do not pop up out of nowhere without warning signs leading up to such intense emotions. By using what Nelson calls The Emotion Code, stuck emotions from childhood and even those inherited from parents, can be identified and released through a simple method. He has made such a method accessible to everyone by writing about it in a book by the same name, The Emotion Code.

In The Emotion Code, a person is taught how to muscle test oneself or test another person using simple kinesiology. Through a concise and tested chart of 75 emotions, the trapped feelings are narrowed down and can be pinpointed to the year (give or take one). Once trapped emotions are identified, the subconscious mind no longer holds them hidden, and they can thereby be released through the swipe of a magnet down what Chinese medicine doctors would call the “governing meridian.” Magnets can release stuck energy in one’s vibrational field much the same way they can clear information off of a credit card.

One who experiences suicidal thoughts has obviously been mulling around in depression, lack of self-worth, pity and possibly a myriad of other negative emotions for some time. Often, thoughts of suicide will surface during experiences which trigger specific key emotions tied to events from the person’s past. By addressing stuck emotions, individuals who suffer from depression and other negative feelings, can potentially avoid ever getting to the stage where they would consider killing themselves. The Emotion Code may be a viable positive solution to deter suicide and even release such thoughts from ever occurring. (See Sources for more information)
