Kris Jenner does not want Scott Disick quitting Keeping Up With the Kardashians following his alleged affair with ex-girlfriend, Chloe Baroli. The TV-personality is believed to have been kicked out of the home he shared with girlfriend Kourtney Kardashian after the 36-year-old caught wind of the affair, all while looking after their three children in Los Angeles.
Disick, who is now staying at his own house in Beverly Hills, has not been in touch with his estranged girlfriend who has vowed to never get back with the party fanatic, as he has shown clear signs that clubbing throughout the week is more important than his family, it has been revealed. Rumors have been circulating for some time regarding the 32-year-old’s alleged affairs with multiple women, but the proof finally came when photos of the socialite and Baroli emerged just over a week ago in Monaco.
Now that the former couple are living separate lives, Jenner has made it her priority in convincing her eldest daughter that she should not be against the idea of having her ex continue his role as a full-time cast member on their wildly popular TV-show. The 59-year-old business mogul, solely responsible for making her family a household name since 2007, is reportedly urging Kardashian to consider the idea of having Disick stay on the show, well aware that the 32-year-old is a huge ratings draw with his crazy behavior.
Fans know that Disick always gets himself into trouble on the program; his appearance on KUWTK never fails to bring some kind of entertainment to viewers, and Jenner is well aware of it. The $80 million deal that the family signed with E! for another four seasons with the network supposedly stated that Disick was included in the contract, meaning that he is obliged to continue shooting scenes for the show as long as his deal ends. However, E! is known to end their relationship with reality stars whenever they want to quit, having famously ended their contractual agreement with Rob Kardashian following his weight gain and Caitlyn Jenner, who is now starring in her own show on the network.
If Disick wants to leave KUWTK, he could do so in a heartbeat, sources affirm. However, Jenner does not want this to be the case. Instead, the momager is hoping that the nightclub host will continue to share his adventurous life on the show to keep ratings afloat, having noticed a significant decrease in the program’s viewership with its most recent episodes that have aired in recent months.
“She thinks it wouldn’t make business sense for them to lose Scott on Keeping Up With the Kardashians, because of the added dynamic he brings to the show,” a source tells HollywoodLife. Disick is believed to have no interest in being on the show if his ex-girlfriend no longer wants him part of it — he makes tens of thousands of dollars through nightclub appearances alone, so leaving the reality show behind is not a big deal to him if it came down to it.
In the meantime, Jenner is pulling out all her tricks in hopes that she can keep Disick on her side despite the fact that the ageing TV-personality has allegedly cheated on her daughter with multiple women in the course of several months. Fans of the program have already taken to social media and criticized Jenner for wanting to keep her daughter’s cheating ex on the program just for the sake of higher ratings. Whether she will be able to convince him to stay will be something that fans will have to look out for on future episodes of Keeping Up With the Kardashians.
