Start off with 1 lb. or 16 oz. of boneless skinless chicken breast
16 ounces or 1 lb. of spaghetti
2 15 oz. jars of alfredo sauce
1 teaspoon of original Mrs. Dash seasoning
13 ounces of canned tomatoes (drained)
1 teaspoon of southwest seasoning
1 tablespoon of garlic powder
2 teaspoons of seasoning salt
1 teaspoon of ground black pepper
1/2 cup green onions (chopped)
1 cup Italian blend cheese
1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese
3 tablespoons of olive oil

In preparing the chicken spaghetti alfredo dish, begin by preheating the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Then, drizzle one tbsp. of olive oil on the chicken, and rub each side of the chicken with the Mrs. Dash, as well as the southwest seasoning. Once the chicken is prepared and coated, cover and bake the chicken for 30 minutes. Next, boil the one lb. of pasta, drain it, and place the pasta into a baking dish. Then, put two tbsp. of olive oil over the pasta. The next step involves slicing up the chicken and adding it to the pasta, along with the tomatoes. To this mixture, pour 1.5 jars of the alfredo sauce over the pasta and mix the entire concoction. Once the mixing is done, season the pasta with the garlic powder, pepper, and salt for taste. Once the dish is properly seasoned, sprinkle in 1/2 cup of the cheddar cheese and 1/4 cup of the green onions over the pasta and mix together. As a final touch, sprinkle the Italian cheese over top of the pasta. Once all the ingredients are added and prep is completed, bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
