Shooting Leaves One Injured in Lawndale Neighborhood of Chicago [Video]


Guardian Liberty Voice Photojournalist Untrail D. Boyd reported shots were fired wounding a man in the Lawndale Neighborhood of Chicago. The shooting occurred at 10:30 p.m. CDT, on May 18, 2016.

Near S. Homan Ave. and W. Polk St. a black male was shot. His name and age have not been released. The victim was transported by emergency services to John H. Stronger, Jr. Hospital of Cook County located at 1969 W Ogden Ave, Chicago, Illinois.

The extent of the shooting victim’s injuries has not been not disclosed.

While there was no indication this shooting was related to the shootings that occurred earlier this evening, Guardian Liberty Voice will provide updates should they become available.
