Child prodigy Phoebe Austin, with Shlepp Entertainment, won “Best Upcoming Artist” at the International Achievers Awards on Saturday, July 21, 2018.
Austin, who was recently signed by Stevie Eagle E for Shlepp Entertainment, is only 13 years old. She is a singer and songwriter who has captured the imaginations of many fans. Touted to be the next big thing, Phoebe Austin is now working on her new album with Stevie Eagle E in London.
The child prodigy was unable to attend the 2018 IAA awards. Her manager Brandon Q.W. McConnoll was there to receive the award for her.
Stevie Eagle E had this to say about Shlepp Entertainment’s new client:
Phoebe winning was no surprise to him, there is simply no one out there on her level, that’s why we signed her. I think it’s a nice thing for her to win and be recognized but it makes no difference to us if she wins these things or not. A great artist is a great artist to us and Phoebe Austin is a great artist.
Austin is also up for a South East Entertainment Award (SEEA) this year. Fans can vote on the SEEA’s Facebook page.
In her live acoustic video of “Thinking,” it is evident that Phoebe Austin was born to be an entertainer. She is sharp and her lyrics fit the mood of today. The song is about thinking about a friend she may have a crush on; she is thinking the relationship could be more. The official single and video to “Thinking” will be released late in the summer. Austin is managed by Brandon Q W McConnell. “thinking” was written by Phoebe Austin and produced by Stevie Eagle E
