Saucedo book in Dallas county jail

On January 16, 2013, officers responded to 510 Westmount Ave. to meet with a witness regarding a bullet hole in an apartment. The witness reported that on January 15 2013, at approximately 10:30pm, she heard multiple gunshots but did not know where they originated. Also on January 16, 2013, the lessee of an apartment unit located an apparent bullet hole in her wall which is adjoined to apartment #112.

Responding officers went to apartment #112 where they entered and found complainants, a Latin female and Jesse Aquirre L/M/02-08-1988 on the couch with multiple gunshot wounds to their bodies. The Latin female was transported to Methodist Central and complainant Aquirre was deceased.

The Latin female told officers that suspect Jonathan Saucedo L/M01-21-1994 and complainant Aquirre engaged in a verbal conflict which ended with the suspect shooting both complainants. Suspect Saucedo also took property from the residence. Complainant Aquirre’s next of kin has been notified. The Latin female remains in critical condition at a local hospital.

Officers located suspect Saucedo and was interviewed at police headquarters. During the course on the interview suspect Saucedo made a voluntary statement admitting to shooting both complainants and removing property from their residence.

An arrest warrant was obtained for suspect Saucedo and he booked into the Dallas county jail.
