Ms. Giavonna Bullard has been reported as missing by her family. Ms. Bullard is 23 years old and was last seen on February 15, 2013 around 12:30am outside of the Atlanta Medical Center. She has been diagnosed with mental illnesses and may be delusional. Ms. Bullard is 5’6, 190 lbs. Ms. Bullard was last seen wearing a red jacket, brown pants, a blue shirt, black hat, leopard print shoes and carrying a purple bag.
